Graduated in electrical engineering from the UNIVERSIDADE FEDERAL DE MINAS GERAIS - UFMG in 2006. HE has MBA in STRATEGIC PROJECT MANAGEMENT. Participated in business training at EMLYON BUSINESS SCHOOL and GDF SUEZ UNIVERSITY, performed in FRANCE.

He has extensive national and international experience in the management, coordination and development of all phases of engineering, consulting, design review, inspections and monitoring of tests, works and field visits and projects for Transmission Lines.

Since 2005 he has actively participated in the development of the main projects of the electric power transmission system in Brazil, such as the Bipolo HVDC 800 kV and several TLs in 525 kV, 500 kV, 440 kV, 345 kV, 230 kV, 138 kV and 69 kV. International experiences highlight the Basic and Executive Design of the 200 kV, 60 kV and 30 kV TLs in ANGOLA, Basic and Executive Design of the TL 500 kV Ancoa - Alto Jahuel in CHILE, in addition to technical inspections and testing performed at CENTER D 'ESSAIS DE BAZET (CEB HIGH VOLTAGE LABORATORY) FRANCE.
